Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-One
(PhP134, 651.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the On-call Repair
and Maintenance of Various Mine 3 Service Vehicles "Project”. The services shall be rendered
at Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay within Six (6) months after receipt of Notice to Proceed and
Acceptance Letter.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Scope of Work for complete details.
Proposals including conformed Scope of Work and Financial Bid Proposal may be emailed to ebids@pnoc-ec.com.ph / alvasquez@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or
before February 13, 2025, not later than 4:00 PM. Late submission shall not be accepted.
