Subject of the contract

The contract includes the provision of on-demand traffic integrated into local public transport, hereinafter referred to as "ODV". In terms of licensing law, this corresponds to a scheduled service according to § 44 PBefG. Here, a needs-based timetable-independentCommon transport of people by the operator with passenger cars and buses (§ 4 Para. 4 No. 1 and 2 PBefG) on prior order by the passengers and without a fixed route between certain entry and exit points in the operating area. Tuee Award includes the following service components of the ODV:

•Transport service including vehicles, depot and drivers, etc.,

•Dispatching and booking system (dispatching software) including background system/digital control center, passenger app, driver app, online information and booking platformm for web bookings and its operation, use, maintenance, care, adjustments (Software-as-a-Service) and customer support over the term of the contract

•Disposition/booking center.

Lots will not be formed; the contract is awarded to an operator as a total service.
