1. The National Bureau of Investigation, through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2023 (Continuing Appropriation), intends to apply the sum of Twenty- Three Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos (Php23, 977, 820.00) being the ABC as payment under the contract for One (1) Lot Supply and Delivery of Sub Machine Gun, Caliber 9mm Firearms. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Bureau of Investigation now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The delivery of the goods is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
