This is a call for a technical dialogue for the procurement of a solution for supervision of electronic remote exams to Laurea University of Applied Sciences and Turku University of Applied Sciences needs. Laurea University of Applied Sciences is responsible for the procurement and the procurement will be carried out as a joint purchase. This notice is not a pre-notice, a procurement notice, an invitation to tender nor an invitation to a negotiation procedure nor will this publication of a notice open a call for tenders. The aim of this call for technical dialogue is to identify potential service providers for online exam proctoring solution, that allows to monitor students performing exams regardless of their location. The online exam monitoring is based on the video/screenshots and audio material recorded and stored by the system. The procurement does not include a personal live monitoring service by the supplier or the use of artificial intelligence to monitor/check and identify suspected fraud. The saved records produced by proctored exams will be saved and handled in EU/ETA area. The purpose is to purchase ready-made SaaS solution.
