The Tender Dossier may be purchased by the candidates, at the Pay Office of the ASECNA Representation in Equatorial Guinea located at Malabo International Airport and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of twenty-five thousand CFA (25, 000 FCFA) by DAO. Payment is made in cash or by crossed bank check. The Tender Dossier will be hand-delivered to the tenderer or his designated representative.
