These services are to be provided by the contractor as a managed service as part of an operator modeln. In this respect, the contractor is expected to provide the service levels to be determined. The contractor is fundamentally free in the technical design of his solution, unless corresponding restrictions are contractually agreed. The content of the service is also that:All hardware and software components - with the exception of agreed provisions by the client, if applicable - are provided by the contractor for the workplace infrastructure and service desk services. In addition, the contractor's area of responsibility includes ensuringdata security and data protection regulations as well as the continuous optimization and flexible adaptation of the services - if desired by the client - in order to meet changing requirements over the term.
