The (OVA) should support waveguide testing, photonic integrated circuit evaluation, and fiber optic sensor development, enabling advancements in high-speed optical networks, quantum optics, and next-generation photonic devices. It should optimize the design of fiber optic components, assess polarization effects in optical networks, and ensure precise dispersion compensation—all within a single, integrated testing platform without requiring additional external instruments.
