Description

This solicitation is being issued as a small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 334516. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1. Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation in response to this solicitation which shall be considered. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a firm fixed type contract based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This requirement is for authorized approved vendors to perform services for brand name equipment. The Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror. All offers must have a Unique Entity Identification Number at (SAM) at www.sam.gov.

NMRC needs to purchase the following optimized chromatograhy equipment for its Microbiology Immunology Department, Biological Defense Research Directorate:

2. Part number 7884000 NGC 3rd Tier Expansion Frame Pkg of 1, expands a 2-tier NGC System to a 3-tier system for adding extra plug-and-play modules - QTY: 1

3. Part number 7884004 NGC Sample Pump Module Pkg of 1, includes 100 ml/min sample pump kit with the necessary tubing and fittings, for automated large-volume sample application - QTY: 1

4. Part number 7884006 NGC Inlet Valve Module Pkg of 1, kit includes necessary tubing and fittings, for automated switching between multiple buffers and samples during method development - QTY: 1
