The Philippine Army, through the Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) with ASA Nr: 2200-2024-0013 from GAA FY 2024 (RA11975) dated 08 January 2024 amounting to TWO HUNDRED EIGHT MILLION THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE THOUSAND PESOS (PhP208, 333, 000.00) duly signed by COL CHRISTOPHER M DIAZ GSC (INF) PA, AC of S for FM, G10, PA intends to apply the following sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
