1. The Philippine Army, through the Advice of Sub-Allotment (ASA) Nr 2200-2023-0602 dated 27 July 2023 amounting to TWO HUNDRED TEN MILLION ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY-NINE PESOS (PhP210, 011, 589.00) duly signed by COL RAMON ANTONIO E BELLO GSC (ARM) PA, AC of S for FM, G10, PA intends to apply the following sum being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid.
