Short description of the procurement: The object of the Framework Agreement is the contracting authority of the MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Basic software for the maintenance and development of financial and staffing software with the right to use the necessary licenses. A more specific technical description of the services/work to be ordered and the relevant requirements are in particular in Annex 1 "Technical Description" (hereinafter TK) and in the annexes. The expected start date of the framework contract indicated in the public procurement register is indicative and non -binding - the framework contract will enter into force upon conclusion and apply for 48 months.
