The ZHDK plans to optimize its internal processes of the travel organization. In the future, all trips to the ZHDK will be organized and booked centrally through a provider. With this tender, a provider specializing in business trips is to be evaluated, with which a framework contract is to be concluded in order to obtain offline and online bookings for trips (flight, train, car and overnight bookings) in a slim, efficient process.
