The South Ostrobothnia welfare region is requesting an offer for the organization of full 24/7 round-the-clock care rounds for patients with respiratory paralysis, as well as for the short-term needs related to the home care of patients with respiratory paralysis on an hourly basis. Home care is arranged at the patients' homes and, if necessary, at my homeoes in other environments, e.g. hospital visits, short holiday trips.
