As a strategic research center, the Flemish Institution for Technological Research (VITO) is instructed to fully focus on water research and innovation, from West Flanders. For the further development of these research activities, Vito has concluded an agreement with Geoxyz. On the one hand, ready -to -live offices are built, as well as a hull pilot hall. This assignment includes the development of this hull hall to a multifunctional water testhal, with accompanying labs, storage places and studio. The application below concerns: 1/ the adjustments and changes to the supplied Casco Testhal (preparation for VITO rollout), 2/ further structural work and design of the Casco Testhal to the VITO requirements (Ready to use) and 3/ Techniques required to do so (HVAC, Gas, Sanitary and Electricity)
