Note:

1. Provide allowable bearing capacity of soil & other

necessary result

2. The location of the boreholes can be adjusted based

on the result of the topographic survey, but the total

count of boreholes remains fixed.

3. The Contractor/Bidder including his/her Structural Engineer

shall be required to conduct occular/site inspection of the

proposed location and secure Certificate of Site inspection

at EFMS Office and attach to Request for Quotation (RFQ)
