1. The Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Three Million One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Pesos (PhP 23, 142, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Rebidding for the Outsourcing of Flight Training Services of Thirty-Eight (38) BSAT Students for Multi-Engine and Instrument Rating/PB2025-Goods-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine State College of Aeronautics now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within eighteen (18) months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
