Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Outsourcing of Tasks Related to Receipt of Schengen Visa and Residence Permit Applications

 providing general information on visa requirements (in English and the local language) and
application forms;
 informing the applicant of the required supporting documents, on the basis of a checklist;
 collecting data and applications (including collection of biometric identifiers) and transmitting the
application to the Hungarian Mission;
 collecting the visa fee;
 managing the appointments for the applicants
 collecting the travel documents, including a refusal notification if applicable, from the Hungarian
Mission and returning them to the applicant, notifying the Hungarian Mission of the date of
collection;
 scanning the submitted supporting documents in CISO;
 contributing to visa interviews with the applicants conducted by the Hungarian Mission via safe
IT systems or preferably a meeting room at the ESP premises.
