The general planner of the renovation of car transport in Kandersteg is responsible for road works and civil engineering engineering, including drainage, art structures, carrier structures and traffic management. In addition, the Planner General provides the necessary services as an environmental planner. In accordance with art. 3.3 and 3.4 of the SIA 103/2020 regulation, the bidder assumes the tasks under the field of services of the General Directorate, the Specialized Planning and the Works Department. In this function, the tenderer is not only responsible for project study and execution activities, but also for the support of the partial construction project management (DPC). The Directorate General of Works is not part of the mandate. The BLS reserves the right to assume the project work department itself.
