TTC is seeking for a third party service provider (Supplier) to further enhance the reliability and efficiency of TTC-s Data Centres through upgrades and enhancements to the existing Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) system.TTC-s ITS department seeks a Supplier to optimize Data Centre operations through the following services: Upgrading the existing DCIM solution at both TTC Data Centre locations to the latest version available to the market. Installation of Netbotz remote lock system on TTC-s existing racks at one of TTC-s Data Centre location and integrate it with the upgraded DCIM solution.The Supplier is required to provide services at both Data Centre locations. Partial service will not be considered. TTC does not seek a new DCIM solution, but an upgrade of the current system.
