Description : Tower Hamlets Council seeks to appoint a provider or consortia of providers to deliver Employment & Skills services at London Fruit & Wool Exchange.The winning provider or providers will work in partnership with WorkPath, the Council's integrated employment service, and will be expected to deliver minimum outputs which the awarded providers will be expected to improve upon during the contract period.The premises are offered rent-free for the contract period with the running costs being the responsibility of the successful bidder.Bidders will need to demonstrate a track record of successful interventions and provide detailed examples of successful outcomes in terms of supporting resident's progression. Furthermore, you are required to demonstrate strong referral processes and engagement with training providers, the Council, other mainstream employment support services and employers.Organisations will need to outline and describe the target groups they will be working with as well as the engagement models to be used.
