The purpose of this tender is to reach an Agreement with one Supplier, who, together with Vitens, will develop and roll out the new PA standard, as the goal of the WaterPAS program.
The intended result of the WaterPAS program is to have a (first version of a) fullyig to deliver a new PA standard, demonstrate its operation and feasibility at one or, if necessary, several pilot locations and subsequently - through a rollout strategy - migrate all 243 Vitens locations to the new PA standard within 7 years. Vitens is looking for a partner for thisa collaboration, under the direction and coordination of Vitens, to help develop the new 'Vitens PA standard', by developing it and participating in the rollout across 243 locations in a period of 7 years
