Description

This is a sources-sought announcement only for informational and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. This RFI is being issued to accomplish market research and support planning for the below listed requirements. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued currently. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement.



This synopsis details the intent of the Government to release a sole-source solicitation for Lockheed Martin (CAGE Code 1Q1J8) to provide technical assistance and Field Service Representative (FSR) support for the PATRIOT Advanced Capability - 3 (PAC-3) Weapon System and Launcher Equipment. Only the source previously approved by the Government for supply of these services will be solicited. The contractor will provide technical services necessary to execute the U.S. Government and International Partners- requirements for PAC-3 Cost Reduction Initiative (CRI) and PAC-3 Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) Missiles and Launcher equipment. The performance period for this effort will commence not later than 1 December 2024. The Government will not issue a Technical Data Package for the maintenance of any of the equipment; for example, PAC-3 missile variants or PAC-3 Launcher Station (LS), test sets or tooling to be maintained under any potential contract.
