Provision of planning services Project study mandate from PAC Vernand for phases 31 to 33. The strategic activity development site (SSDA) of Vernand in Lausanne and Romanel-sur-Lausanne is intended to accommodate a park of industrial and artisanal activities of cantonal rank.It will also house the Automobile and Navigation Service (SAN). The allocation of the existing activity zone is being revised as part of a cantonal allocation plan (PAC Vernand), managed by the General Directorate of Territory and Housing (DGTL). Several roadsare necessary for the future operation of the site. The studies of these road projects must be carried out in parallel with the PAC studies, so as to coordinate the procedures: road projects at the building permit stage must be investigated simultaneously with the land use plan.tonal.
