Polytechnic is requesting paint work related to Rebranding for several buildings 20 25 11 12 26 9 10 24 5 8 c8 and B19 as follows The works for internal and external painting works for Campus A and B buildings include the following Removal of existing stickers on the wall and apply filler on required area, apply one coat of undercoat, two coat of emulsion paint (semi glossy type) Internal Painting Works Corridor, ground floor, first floor and second floor. Preparation works such as cleaning, filling all cracks and holes, smoothing, protecting unpainted areas with masking tape...etc. Supply and apply under coat oil-based alkali resistant primer. Supply and apply filler, apply sand paper and make good. Supply and apply two coats of vinyl silk emulsion to existing wall surfaces External Painting Works Washing and cleaning existing external wall with water Supply and apply one coat of special weather oil-based alkali resistant sealer.
