Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 08 (eight) years.2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Painting works of at least 01 (one) contract with value of Taka 40 (Forty) Lac successfully completed within the last 08 (Eight) years at any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization.3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 01 (One) Crore over the best 03 (three) years in the last 05 (Five) years.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 35 (Thirty Five) Lac.5. The minimum capacity shall be: Taka 45 (Forty Five) Lac.
