Description : Leicester City Council, working in collaboration with Network Rail and East Midlands Railway, invites Tenders for the provision of design and build services for the redevelopment of Leicester Station via a two-stage delivery procurement; Stage 1 being Early Contractor Involvement with Stage 2 being detailed design and construction of the scheme. The project was successful in obtaining Levelling Up Funding from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DULHC).This is a competitive procurement conducted in accordance with Regulation 28 the 'Restricted Procedure' under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
