Description : Leicester City Council, working in collaboration with Network Rail and East Midlands Railway, invites Tenders for the provision of design and build services for the redevelopment of Leicester Station via a two-stage delivery procurement; Stage 1 being Early Contractor Involvement with Stage 2 being detailed design and construction of the scheme.
