The Major Projects and Procurement Support Division within the Ministry of Finance and Economic Management, (MFEM MPPS) on behalf of the Cook Islands Ministry of Health – Te Marae Ora (TMO) extends an invitation for Expression of Interest from qualified and experienced companies or individuals for the following services:
Cleaning Laundry Catering It is intended that this expressions of interest process will generate a Panel of COVID-19 Response Services who, if/when required, will be contacted to provide these services over a period of time and at a predetermined rate.
As we aim to find suppliers to assist with these services at the Managed Isolation Facilities it is expected that TMO/MFEM may also use this panel for other COVID-19 Response needs. As time is of the essence, expressions of interest (completed forms) will be assessed by MFEM MPPS as they are received. The cut-off date for expressions of interest is 3pm (Cook Islands Time) Wednesday 23rd March 2022, however, interested suppliers are urged to submit the completed form as soon as possible.
Should services be required before any Supplier joins the Panel, MFEM MPPS will make suitable arrangements outside of this Panel.
