This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source announcement only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Any responses to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information.Purpose and Objectives:VISN 10, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, is issuing a notice of intent to pursue a non-competitive procurement with Navarre Corporation (Navarre), for Paratransit Transportation Services for Veterans Indiana Healthcare System (VA IHS). Based on market research, Navarre is the only responsible source available immediately to provide services in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), and the anticipated contract action is hereby publicized in accordance with FAR 5.101 and 5.203. The purpose of this notification is to communicate the Government s intent to solicit and award a non-competitive procurement for Paratransit Transportation Services for VA IHS. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR TECHNICAL OR COST PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.VA IHS requires a six (6) month base period with two (2), three (3) month options. This procurement will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Navarre Corporation, to provide the paratransit/special needs transportation services described herein. NAICS code is 485991 Special Needs TransportationSize Standard is $19.0 Million.Product Service Code is V212 Transportation/Travel/Relocation Travel/Lodging/Recruitment: Motor PassengerThis non-competitive award is implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), as it is the only contractor that meets the capability requirements as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and is available immediately.
