The purpose of this amendment is to modify instruction to offers addendum to FAR clause 52.212-1. The proposal due date remains unchanged (Wednesday, April 10th; no later than 10am local San Antonio, Tx time).

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for supplies/commodities issued in accordance Simplified Acquisition Procedures with the policies and procedures prescribed in FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested at this time and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/24/2024 and DFARS Change Number dated 02/15/2024.

The RFQ number associated with this requirement is FA830724QB060. This RFQ is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code associated for this requirement is 332911; and the size standard is 750 employees. The associated PSC code is 4020.
