The services to be provided concern the conduct of a parking investigation in the city of Ghent. The parking investigation includes registering, by means of a scan vehicle with ANPR cameras or other, similar, systems, of the geographical position and the registration number of all parked cars in the research area, converting these registrations into GIS data, cleaning up the data set, enriching the data with the information provided by the contracting authority, analyzing the data and drawing up a detailed report (tables, graphs, map material). This assignment includes a mandatory option on registration and making available to video footage.
