The services to be performed concern the execution of a parking survey in the city of Ghent.
The parking survey includes recording, by means of a scanning vehicle with ANPR cameras or other, similar systems, the geographical position and license plate number of all parked cars in thethe research area, converting these registrations into GIS data, cleaning up the dataset, enriching the data with the information provided by the contracting authority, analyzing the data and drawing up a detailed report (tables, graphs, card material).
This contract includes a mandatory registration and provision of video images.
