The work includes to carry out partial discharge measurement of Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS) with the overall aim to: Define current condition of the equipment, insulation, performance (probability of failure) and risk. Ascertain the integrity of the GIS condition in terms of developing faults related to Partial Discharge. Identify the equipment that needs corrective action. Suggest corrective action to eliminate possible failures caused by partial discharge activity and keep the GIS healthy condition.
