This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 was published in the Federal Register May 22, 2024. This acquisition is full and open competition. DESCRIPTIONThe US Geological Survey, Pacific Coastal & Marine Science Center, requires a Beckman Coulter Particle Size Analyzer as described in the attached salient characteristics.
