Description: The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone, Operations, Services, & Training Division, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide the following hardware: development detect biological particles suspended in the air using our newly developed particle image detection method. The method is based on the detection of images formed by the elastic scatted light and the induced fluorescence from the particles. This requirement shall be accomplished over a twelve-month period in two phases.
