. The Local Government Unit of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO PESOS Only (Php198, 912.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Partion of Integrated Bus Terminal Building .Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the CONSTRUCTION OF PERIMTER FENCE Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
