The City of Boston's Mayor's Office for Immigrant Advancement (MOIA) seeks an administrator to develop and facilitate the Summer/Fall 2025 "Immigrants Lead Boston" (ILB) program. This role includes managing participant recruitment, application review and selection, curriculum development, session facilitation, participant engagement, and coaching. The administrator will also oversee participant payments and manage mini-grants to support local nonprofits engaged in Campaign/Project Activation. The program will recruit leaders already embedded in community-based organizations (CBOs), training them to strengthen community networks and support one another. It aims to empower multilingual immigrant leaders to effectively advocate for issues impacting their communities, who speak English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, ensuring accessibility to participants from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
