Delivery and commissioning of a laboratory system for coating substrates with parylene.
The system is intended for the coating of samples of variable geometry up to a size of 150*150*150 mm³ with parylene in laboratory operation. The parylene coating is primarily intended to be used as a more sustainable alternative to PFAS-based coatings in microtechnical assemblies. Different parylene should be used (including N, C, D). The operation takes place manually, but a suitable program control for reproducible and logging process implementation should be available. A few individual samples are typically processed per day.
