Queensland Rail is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified supplier to undertake the data capture and validation of all customer accessibility elements on Queensland Rail-s passenger rail service across SEQ and Regional Travel and Tourism, through the delivery of the following key phases: 1. Data capture: Record all accessibility elements that exist at each individual station, travel centre and rollingstock that the customer interfaces with. 2. Data assessment: assess the status of each individual station, travel centre and rollingstock against three accessibility baselines. 3. Data management: The capturing of all accessibility elements must be electronically captured into a single point of truth.
