Scope of Work:
AAFC has a requirement for the services of a firm to manage a portfolio of issued patents which involves monitoring the deadlines for annual maintenance fees in various jurisdictions, notifying AAFC of these maintenance fees, reminding AAFC if no response has been sent by AAFC, and paying the maintenance fees on AAFC-s behalf.
Tender Period Closing Date and Time: January 23, 2025 at 2:00PM (ET).
