Description

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Logistics (MEDLOG) Division Medical Materiel Enterprise Standardization Office (MMESO) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) program anticipate issuing a Sources Sought notification for the establishment of a Qualified Suppliers Listing (QSL) for Patient Exam Garments, Disposable through the beta.SAM.gov website on or about 25 March 2023. This is not a request for quote or proposal. Examples of items for this Patient Exam Garments, Disposable product line could include but are not limited to: Examples of items for this Patient Exam Garments, Disposable product line could include but are not limited to: single patient use patient exam gowns, capes, and vests with or without securing mechanisms. This product line may consist of a nonwoven opaque materials, in various sizes, non-transparent hues, and will not be made with natural rubber latex.The primary objective of this effort will be to solicit information and products for evaluation in order to create a QSL. The subject QSL will be the basis of a separate Standardization Action (SA) resulting in an Incentive Agreement (IA). This initiative will be part of the MSPV program which is executed by the DLA Troop Support, Directorate of Medical Materiel.To participate in the QSL process vendors must have or be in the process of obtaining a Distribution and Pricing Agreement (DAPA) and a separate commercial agreement with the current Medical/Surgical PV for each MMESO Area of Responsibility (AOR), i.e., Cardinal Health, and Owens & Minor. Vendors must validate that their account is Active in the System for Award Management (SAM) and provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.
