Responses to this sources sought notice must be in writing. The purpose of this sources sought announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential businesses interested and capable of providing the services described below.VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073 is seeking a contractor to provide a digital communication system to replace the outdated system currently in place that will display custom and mandatory electronic communications for both Veteran patients and staff. VAGLAHS has been tasked to provide accurate and timely information and education, on important health and wellbeing messaging. Our facilities will be able to provide Veterans and the community with a full range of health related, event related, and other mandatory electronic communications in an expedited fashion. The system will be installed at all the facilities under the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.The contractor must provide the following tasks:Specific Task #1: Provide system Installation. Installation for programs and hardware. Includes; equipment shipment to install location (on-site storage required), on-site certified installer or representative, all tools and materials necessary for the install of equipment onto existing wall or other pre-determined location.
