The purpose of the order is to replace the turbine of the existing hydro unit 4 (ХА4), ensuring its adaptation to the other systems of the hydro unit and PAVEC, as well as to ensure participation in the primary and secondary regulation of the frequency of the network and the supply of corridors for emergency restoration ofthe energy system.
The scope includes design, manufacture, delivery of the equipment, dismantling of the existing and installation of the delivered new equipment, author supervision, supervision, adjustment, testing and commissioning, personnel training and warranty service of all equipment, specified below. The contractor supplies all the main and auxiliary materials necessary for the dismantling and installation of the equipment and systems subject to the supply.
The supplies will include: a new pump-turbine to replace the existing one on XA4, fully equipped with all necessary equipment andsystems; general necessary auxiliary equipment and materials; spare parts for a 5-year operating period; special devices and tools necessary for disassembly, assembly, maintenance and repair of the delivered equipment.
The services subject to the order include the preparation of projects forthe mpo-turbine of XA4 and adaptation to the existing systems, dismantling of the existing building structures, equipment and systems, preparation of the installation site, construction and installation work of the delivered equipment and systems, repair work, author's supervision, supervision, adjustment, examination...
