CONDITIONS:
1. Suppliers who hove already registered for years 2021 and 2022, need not apply as their registration is valid up to 31.12.2023.

2. The prospective suppliers of repairable / serviceable items such as machinery and relevant equipment should have workshop facilities of their own to effect repairs whenever necessary.

3. The prospective suppliers who fail to quote promptly when requested or fail to make deliveries / provide services on time and in conformity with specifications / samples or as prescribed in the purchase order or who supplied substandard goods are liable to be expunged from the register.

4 Quotations for supply of items / providing services will normally be invited from the list of Registered Suppliers. However, the Bank reserves the right to invite quotations and purchases from any other source or register new suppliers as and when necessary.

5. If registration is sought for more than one group of items, a separate application should be submitted for each group by paying in cash (non-refundable) Rs. 5, 000/- per application as application charges

6. If spouses or children of employees of the Bank are applicants / proprietors / partners / directors of companies, such applicants / suppliers / contractors / service providers and consultancy service providers are not eligible to apply for registration.

7. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any application for registration without adducing any reason In the event the Bank rejects, applicant is not eligible to claim the application charges

8. Registration for motor vehicle repair and vehicle service providers will be dene only on the BOC's Transportation Section Assessment Report.

Application should be made on the prescribed set of forms obtainable from the following office on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5.000/- in cash per application for each group of items. Prospective applicants are
required to produce a letter of request on a letterhead mentioning the service and the number of the category, according to this Paper Advertisement. Application forms can be examined, free of charge
