1.The Bicol Regional Hospital and Medical Center, through the Regular Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos only (₱ 930, 350.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Linen Supplies under PB 09-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
