1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato, through the Annual Budget Approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of P964, 800.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Grocery Supplies in support to PNP/AFP units rendering/performing Law Enforcement and Security Operations in the Province of Cotabato and adjoining areas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
