MUSEYO KUTAWATO, CAPITOL COMPOUND, AMAS, KIDAPAWAN CITY

PB INFRA 24-158

1. The Provincial Government of Cotabato through the Annual Budget approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIxTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY, (P360, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PB INFRA 24-158 - FIRE ExIT INSTALLATION, MUSEYO KUTAWATO, CAPITOL COMPOUND, AMAS, KIDAPAWAN CITY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Cotabato now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required in 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
