1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue National Office (BIR-NO), through the FY 2023 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (P 13, 965, 250.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the P.B. No. 2023-03 (Consulting Services) - Development of Cloud Based Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The BIR-N.O. now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Consulting Services for Development of Cloud Based Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System.
