Dear Mesdames:
1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue-National Office (BIR-NO), through the FY 2023 Current Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Seven Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos (Php 13, 746, 465.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Development of Cloud-Based Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System - P.B. No. 2023-12 (Consulting Services) for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
2. The BIR-NO now invites bids to provide Consulting Services for the Development of Cloud-Based Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System. The Development of a new Cloud-Based Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax System (eDST) is needed to comply to the existing as well as the new business and technical requirements of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
