P.B. NO. 2025-02 (GOODS) - SUBSCRIPTION OF CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTARY STAMP TAx (EDST) SYSTEM
1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand One Hundred Ninety Pesos (₱ 5, 822, 190.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for P.B. No. 2025-02 (GOODS)- Subscription of Cloud Infrastructure for Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Contract duration shall be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
