INVITATION TO BID FOR
P.B. NO. 2025-25 (GOODS) - SFTP/FTPS CLOUD SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE SUSTAINABILITY OF EBIRFORMS SYSTEM AND EPAYMENT
1. The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO), through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 980, 000.00) Only being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB No. 2025-25 (GOODS) SFTP/FTPS Cloud Subscription for the Sustainability of eBIRForms System and ePayment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BIR-NO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Duration of the contract shall be from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
